The Lancaster Village Merchants Association (LVMA) welcomes businesses, artisans, and organizations to participate in our community events throughout the year. Whether you’re a non-member vendor looking for visibility or a business seeking year-round sponsorship opportunities, the LVMA provides structured, affordable ways to connect with thousands of visitors who attend Village events.
Individual Event Participation (Non-LVMA Members)
Businesses that are not LVMA members may participate in select LVMA-supported events. Participation options vary by event type, space availability, and the needs of each business.
Standard Event Participation Fee
$50 flat rate
(Participation is subject to LVMA event committee approval.)
Indoor Vendor Spaces
Indoor space may be available at the PAC Murphys Room, located at 12 West Main Street.
Includes:
- Up to 8’ wide booth space
- One 6’ display table
- Two folding chairs
Optional:
- Electricity is available for $5.00, first-come, first-served based on registration order and electrical capacity.
Outdoor Vendor Spaces
Outdoor participants may be offered a standard 10’×10’ footprint suitable for:
- Pop-up tents
- Tables
- Displays
- Chairs
All tents, tables, chairs, and display materials must be supplied by the participant.
Vendors requesting a more prominent frontage may be considered based on:
- Total available space
- Event layout
- Number of vendors at the event
Electricity for outdoor setups is not guaranteed.
Vendor Promotion
Any vendor who registers 30 days prior to an event will be included in event promotional material to highlight their presence and help draw attention to their business.
Insurance Requirement
All participating businesses must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the LVMA as additionally insured for that specific event.
This certificate must be submitted, along with the participation fee, before being confirmed as a vendor.
Annual LVMA Corporate & Individual Sponsorships
Businesses or individuals can support LVMA events year-round by becoming an Annual Sponsor. This is the highest-visibility opportunity and places your business in front of every major LVMA event audience.
Platinum Sponsorship
$1,000.00 per year
Platinum Sponsors receive:
- Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor on all LVMA event marketing materials
- Corporate logo/ID/trademark placement on LVMA social media and online resources
- Listing as a major supporting LVMA member
- One complimentary bonus display opportunity at any LVMA-sponsored event during the calendar year (no added fee)
This is an excellent option for companies looking to be closely associated with Village events, community revitalization, and high-traffic public activities.
